I’ve committed an integration with the OpenRDF Sesame HTTP Server into the bigdata development branch. There is an installation task built into the top-level ant script, and instructions up on the wiki.

Could you please specify which branch to checkout.
The current development branch is [1]. This is what you need.

Also if tomcat6 is running as a service it uses system level "Application Data".
So creating repository should be with the following command:
console.bat -d "C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Roaming\Aduna\OpenRDF Sesame"
and
aduna.data.dir = C:/Windows/System32/configs/systemprofile/AppData/Roaming/Aduna/OpenRDF Sesame
(for win7)
