Cancellation Policy for Bigdata.com Subscription

1. Cancellation by the Customer

  1. Subscription Termination: You may cancel your subscription at any time by either sending an email to cancellations@bigdata.com or discontinuing the service through your account settings on Bigdata.com.
  2. Notice Period: If you wish to avoid the automatic renewal of your subscription, a written notice must be provided at least 30 days before the expiration of the current subscription term.
  3. Refunds: Please visit our Refund Policy.

2. Cancellation by Bigdata.com

  1. Without Cause: We reserve the right to terminate your subscription and the Terms of Service with a minimum of 30 days notice.
  2. With Cause: Bigdata.com can terminate your subscription immediately upon notice in case you violate any of the applicable Terms of Service, if there are changes in relationships with third-party technology providers outside of our control, to comply with law or government requests, if your use of Bigdata.com poses a security risk to us or any third party, or if we suspect that your use is fraudulent or could subject us or any third party to liability.

3. Suspension of Services

Overdue Payments: If your payment is overdue by more than 5 days, Bigdata.com reserves the right to suspend your access to the services until the outstanding amounts are paid in full. Access may also be suspended without liability if your use of the service violates the Terms of Service.

4. Effect of Cancellation or Termination

  1. Upon cancellation or termination, your access to Bigdata.com and its services will be immediately revoked.
  2. You must delete or return any Bigdata.com content or third-party content stored as per Bigdata.com's discretion.
  3. All data related to your account, including search history and watchlists, may be deleted.
